Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Kumar Sheets ("we", "us"), India. By using the app or signing in you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use Kumar Sheets.

Using Kumar Sheets

• You can use the Free plan without an account. You need to sign in to use a paid plan.
• You are responsible for your workbooks. They are stored in your browser, not on our servers, so we cannot recover them. Please export copies of anything important.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in safe and for what you do with the app.
• Your workbooks and their contents belong to you. We claim no rights over them.

Plans and subscriptions

• Kumar Sheets has Free, Pro and Max plans. What each includes, and the price, is shown under Plans in the app. We may change features and prices; a change to a price does not affect a period you have already paid for.
• Paid plans are subscriptions, paid in advance for a period (for example a month or a year), through Razorpay.
• You can cancel at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• When a paid plan ends, the app goes back to Free. Your workbooks are never deleted or locked, but features of the paid plan stop working until you subscribe again.

Fair use

Please do not: break the law with the app; try to get around plans, sign-in or limits, or to access accounts, data or systems that aren't yours; attack, overload or disrupt our servers; or resell or share your paid plan with other people. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms.

No warranty

Kumar Sheets is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Spreadsheets can contain mistakes, and we do not promise that the app, its formulas, its imports and exports, or its Excel compatibility are error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. Check results that matter before relying on them.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost data, lost profits or other indirect losses from using Kumar Sheets. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes to the app and these terms

We may change, add or remove features and update these terms. The new version goes on this page with a new date, and continuing to use the app means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
