Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Kumar Sheets ("we", "us") collects and why. We run Kumar Sheets from India. The short version: your workbooks stay in your browser and are never uploaded to us.

What stays on your device

• Your workbooks. Everything you type or import is saved in your browser's own storage on your device. We never receive it, and we cannot read or recover it. If you clear your browser's site data, your workbooks are removed, so export the ones you want to keep.
• Settings and convenience data kept in your browser: your preferences (like the light or dark theme), recently used items, and recovery copies of open workbooks.

What we store on our server

You can use the app without signing in, and then we store nothing about you. If you sign in:

• Sign-in with Google: your email address and name, and Google's identifier for your account. We use them only to recognise you and to know which plan you have.
• Sign-in with an email code (if offered): your email address, and a one-way hash of the code we send you, which we delete once it is used or has expired.
• Plan and subscription information: which plan (Free, Pro or Max) you have, how you got it, the dates it runs between, and when you last signed in.

We do not sell your information, show ads, or use tracking or advertising cookies.

Cookies and local storage

Kumar Sheets uses your browser's local storage and a small offline cache (for the app's own files) so that it works quickly and offline. It stores your session so you stay signed in, and your plan, kept for up to 7 days so paid features work offline. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking. If you choose Sign in with Google, Google's own sign-in code loads from Google and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy. Signing out removes your session and plan from the browser.

Payments

When paid plans are available, payments are handled by Razorpay. You give your card, UPI or bank details to Razorpay, not to us. We receive only the result of the payment (for example that it succeeded, the plan, and the dates), and Razorpay's privacy policy applies to the details you give it.

Who handles the data

The app and our server run on Cloudflare (hosting, and the database for sign-in and plans). Google handles Google sign-in and Razorpay handles payments. We share data with them only so the service works.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and plan information while your account exists. To have it deleted, email us from the address you signed in with and we will delete your account and subscription records, except what we must keep by law (such as payment records).

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or stop using Kumar Sheets at any time, by writing to iamgamer072@gmail.com. Kumar Sheets is not meant for children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
